Notifications are automatically sent for each booking and cancellation to all suppliers linked to reserved services. However you can choose to limit the emails only to those you manually send

CATEGORIZATION BY TAGS

The provider cannot be always linked to the service at the time of the creation (for example in transfers). At the time of assigning the supplier to a reserved service those previously used for the same service will be proposed first
